Account and sign-in

Visit gliit.app and click Don’t have an account? Sign Up. You can sign up with Google, a Whalespace (LINE WORKS) account, or an email address and password. See Create a Gliit account for step-by-step instructions.
Gliit supports three sign-in methods:
  • Google — Sign in with your Google account
  • Whalespace — Sign in with your LINE WORKS (Works Mobile) account
  • Email and password — Sign in with your registered email and a password you set
Each method creates a separate Gliit account — they are not linked to each other.
On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password? below the password field. Gliit will send a reset link to your registered email. For full instructions, see Reset your password.Note: This only applies to email/password accounts. If you use Google or Whalespace, reset your password through those providers.
Each email address and each social identity (Google, Whalespace) can only be associated with one Gliit account. You can, however, use different sign-in methods to create separate accounts — though this is not recommended.
You cannot switch between sign-in methods (for example, from email/password to Google) for an existing account. If you need to use a different method, you would need to create a new account.

Language and localization

Gliit’s interface is available in English and Korean (한국어). You can switch languages from your account settings or from the sign-in page at any time.
No. Changing the interface language only affects the Gliit UI — menus, buttons, and labels. Your document content is not translated. See Change the interface language for instructions.

Documents and collaboration

Yes. Gliit autosaves your documents as you write. You do not need to press a save button. A “Saved” indicator in the editor confirms your changes have been saved.
Open the document and click the Share button. Enter the email address of the person you want to share with and set their permission level (view or edit). See Collaborate on documents for detailed steps.
Yes. Collaborators need a Gliit account to access shared documents. If they don’t have one, they’ll be prompted to create a free account when they follow the share link.
Deleted documents may not be recoverable. Before deleting, make sure you no longer need the document. If you accidentally deleted something important, contact Gliit support as soon as possible — recovery may not be possible.

What is Whalespace?

Whalespace is the identity system for LINE WORKS (Works Mobile), a workplace communication platform widely used in South Korea and across Asia. If your organization uses LINE WORKS, you have a Whalespace account and can use it to sign in to Gliit. See Sign in with Whalespace for more information.
