If you signed up with an email address and forgot your Gliit password, you can reset it through email confirmation. Gliit will send a secure reset link to your registered email address.
Password reset only applies to email/password accounts. If you signed in with Google or Whalespace, your password is managed by those providers — reset it through Google or your LINE WORKS portal instead.

Reset your password

1

Go to the sign-in page

Visit gliit.app.
2

Click Forgot your password?

Below the password field, click the Forgot your password? link. You’ll be taken to the password reset page.
3

Enter your email address

Type in the email address associated with your Gliit account and submit the form.
4

Check your inbox

Gliit will send a password reset email to your address. Open the email and click the reset link.
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
5

Set a new password

The reset link opens a page where you can enter and confirm your new password. Choose a strong password and save it.
6

Sign in with your new password

Go back to gliit.app and sign in with your email address and new password.

Troubleshooting

Check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure you entered the exact email address you registered with. If the problem continues, wait a few minutes and try again — or contact Gliit support.
Google and Whalespace accounts don’t have a Gliit password. To recover access, sign in through Google or Whalespace, or reset your password through those providers directly.
