Password reset only applies to email/password accounts. If you signed in with Google or Whalespace, your password is managed by those providers — reset it through Google or your LINE WORKS portal instead.
Reset your password
Go to the sign-in page
Visit gliit.app.
Click Forgot your password?
Below the password field, click the Forgot your password? link. You’ll be taken to the password reset page.
Enter your email address
Type in the email address associated with your Gliit account and submit the form.
Check your inbox
Gliit will send a password reset email to your address. Open the email and click the reset link.
Set a new password
The reset link opens a page where you can enter and confirm your new password. Choose a strong password and save it.
Sign in with your new password
Go back to gliit.app and sign in with your email address and new password.

Check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure you entered the exact email address you registered with. If the problem continues, wait a few minutes and try again — or contact Gliit support.

The reset link has expired
Password reset links expire after a limited time for security. Return to the sign-in page and request a new reset link by clicking Forgot your password? again.

I signed up with Google or Whalespace — there's no password to reset
Google and Whalespace accounts don’t have a Gliit password. To recover access, sign in through Google or Whalespace, or reset your password through those providers directly.
