Gliit supports sign-in through Google OAuth, letting you use your existing Google account to access Gliit without managing a separate password. Your Google profile (name, email, and photo) is used to set up your Gliit account automatically.

How Google sign-in works

When you click Sign in with Google, Gliit redirects you to Google’s authorization page. Google asks you to confirm which account to use and which permissions to grant. Once you approve, Google returns you to Gliit as a signed-in user. Gliit requests the following Google permissions:
  • Email — to identify your account
  • Profile — to populate your Gliit display name and avatar
  • OpenID — for secure authentication
Gliit does not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google data.

Sign in with Google

1

Open the Gliit sign-in page

Go to gliit.app.
2

Click Sign in with Google

Click the Sign in with Google button.
3

Select your Google account

Google’s account picker appears. Select the Google account you want to use with Gliit.
4

Authorize Gliit

Review the requested permissions and click Continue to grant access.
5

Return to Gliit

You’ll be redirected back to Gliit and signed in automatically.
If you have multiple Google accounts, select the one associated with your Gliit account. Selecting a different Google account will create a separate Gliit account.

Troubleshooting

Try signing out of all Google accounts in your browser and signing in again with only the account you use for Gliit. Clear browser cookies if the issue persists.
Contact Gliit support to merge or delete the duplicate account.
